Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns up to 30 days from the date you receive your item, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, accessories, and documentation included.
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (no damage, marks, or signs of wear).

Note: All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund, unless the item was received damaged and we were notified within 3 days of delivery.

2. Item Name
3. Date your package was delivered
4. Reason for the return

If your return is due to damage from shipping, please email zach@birchkid.com the following information within 3 days of delivery to receive a replacement:

1. Order number
2. Item Name
3. Date your package was delivered
4. A couple photos of the damaged product (and packaging if applicable)
