Warranty

Birchkid offers a limited warranty for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase on all products. Our limited warranty protects you against product failure or damage which may occur as a result of a manufacturing defect. All limited warranties are non-transferrable from the original owner.

Our limited warranties do not cover or apply to:

• Damage that is a result of improper storage, assembly, installation, negligence, misuse, or products that have been altered by the owner in any way not intended by the manufacturer
• Normal wear and tear, or commercial use
• Items that have been altered by an unauthorized 3rd party repair person
